Content of The Sales Training
In this training we show you how to take the (potential) client's perspective, how to build trust, earn respect and radiate competence. You learn how to profile yourself in a professional way, and how not to, what a 'Customer Journey" is and why you'd better ne a client's Trsted Advisor than a Sales Manager. By using the right influencing techniques you can develop skills to communicate in a professional way. Finally you will learn how to perform a sales talk according to the SPIN-Technique.
The trajectory will be taylor-made and consists of one or more half-days, complemented by 1-on-1 coaching. Part of this trajectory is a 'College-Tour' setting where a senior Sales Manager can be queried for his/her best practices.
