You learn how to profile yourself in a professional way, and how not to, what a 'Customer Journey" is and why you'd better ne a client's Trsted Advisor than a Sales Manager. By using the right influencing techniques you can develop skills to communicate in a professional way. Finally you will learn how to perform a sales talk according to the SPIN-Technique.
The Trajectory
The trajectory will be taylor-made and consists of one or more half-days, complemented by 1-on-1 coaching. Part of this trajectory is a 'College-Tour' setting where a senior Sales Manager can be queried for his/her best practices.
