Personal Leadership
You have a number of years of work experience and maybe you take your first steps in managing colleagues. You want to further develop and better profile yourself. Starting with your values and norms, , your talents and qualities, we take a realistic look at your pitfalls and challenges. You learn to look to the future, set goals and how to achieve them by, for example, learning more influence skills.
Personal Leadership includes 3 training modules followed by personal coaching.
Practical Leadership
Are you team leader? Are you where it happens, close to the workfloor? This training gives you all the practical tools for managing and motivating your people and creating support. You learn to steer on each individual with different task maturity in every situation, situational leadership. You start working on influence techniques and giving and receiving feedback.
Practical Leadership includes 3 training modules followed by personal coaching.
Senior Leadership
This training is intended for the more experienced manager. We look at value-driven leadership, authenticity and empathy. We work on your agility as a leader, your ability to influence, to resolve conflicts, to have difficult conversations. Issues like the power of vulnerability, masculiene and feminiene properties and your ability to appreciate and motivate are also discussed.
Senior Leadership includes 3 training modules followed by personal coaching.
